When you’re used to zero, any signal feels surreal.

• 2 total organic search clicks

• All traffic U.S.-based

• 80% direct visits — sticky, intentional traffic

📡 What the Data is Whispering

Someone read Empire Log #001, didn’t click a CTA… and still subscribed.

That’s conversion without friction.
That’s what we’re optimizing for — value so strong it earns action by itself.

Beehiiv also shows at least one subscriber came from outside their network.
It means we’re starting to reach beyond the launch echo chamber.

🧠 What It’s Teaching Me

• Early data isn’t just validation — it’s direction.

• I’m learning to watch behavior before trying to shape it.

• 0% click-through? That’s not a failure — it’s a reminder: don’t optimize too early.

System before strategy. Signal before scale.
